Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments or a cancellation fee will be charged. It is important to ensure that we are able to gain access to any fitness equipment to enable us to work on it. If we cannot do this then, we will not be able to carry out our work and there will still be a Call Out fee payable.

All equipment must be cleaned and wiped free of cobwebs and perspiration.

There must be parking available on or directly outside the location.
